Haha, I didn't realize my voice was coming through at such a low pitch. 😁 I definitely don't sound quite so manly in real life.
this is gold
This was extremely helpful in 2020 🙂 thanks!
Kudos for the Video clip! Sorry for butting in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you tried – Siyarter Peerless Secret (just google it)? It is a smashing one off product for making money using the power of the internet minus the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my old buddy Taylor at very last got cool success with it.
Great content but wished "Beginners shouldn't do this" came before the very end. Big sigh.
Drayton Bird is a master of direct response marketing (and sold his agency to David Ogilvy) with decades of experience and testing. He says that he's NEVER seen short copy outsell short copy. His research shows that you should cover ever possible feature, question and objection you can think of. But you have to keep it interesting! Here are some figures he gives from a recent campaign:
Copy Length (words) Response Rate:
1,064 – 17.08%
1,999 19.09%
2,763 24.24%
So the longer copy outsold the short by 41.9%. Wow…
You can even write long copy for your example of towels, if they are good enough. You can talk about your relationship with a family in the mountains of Peru who grow the best organic cotton, and the traditional weaving firm you use in Italy who still use the Victorian machines that give a softer finish etc etc.
Long copy works…
Shane's audio has continually been broken by dead clicks; many words were clipped. Very annoying making it very difficult to gain continuity. That said, this was a very interesting presentation. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time in doing such comprehensive research and material. I am launching my first online course and this video is so valuable, includes so many great tips. Thank you
I can't believe how many value this ENTIRE session gave. So many doubts of mine got clarified, such as: Professional (yet too corporate) design vs. Noob design (yet still persuasive copy), colour palette, why do open-close enrollment, and when should one do it etc. Big Big thanks. Now that you guys have released the online course template – I think it is important somewhere to mention that the Story section can be expanded, as Shane said, to be as long as one likes. That was one of my biggest doubts about the template, thinking "Where does my relatable hero journey go?"
Valuable advice, worth every minute of it.
Almost all of those sales pages are gone. Courses are shut down (temporarily) and one has changed to a membership. 😥
Your voice sounds deeper
@thrive themes Great breakdown of a sales page. Thank you for that! My question is if you don't have any testimonials yet other than friends and family who have tested it for you, what would you put in its place?
Firstly, I just want to THANK you ALL at Thrive for such 'detailed' and SIMPLE to understand videos! 🙂
I had been with a very well known funnel/page building company for a while, loved their product, however, the training videos, although many of, seemed to be very quickly put together which made them hard to understand and follow! (maybe it was just me!)
Your videos are just so easy to follow, your products are FANTASTIC and are as easy as the other companies to use, so a real WIN WIN! 🙂
I do want to ask about the blueprint that you share on the screen for this video… is it available to download please? 🙂
Also, do you own ThriveCart, I saw it on the internet last week, if not, do you have anything similar? Thanks… 🙂
Please allow a question
My name is Mohamed, PhD researcher at the university (I want to apply educational content + achievement test for students)
The goal of my research is to provide (reinforcement or feed to the student immediately after answering the question, and this enhancement be text or voice or animation such as Emotion) Question here Is the addition of Thrive Quiz Builder within the site WordPress benefit me in this؟
Brilliant! More long form please!!! You could be like the joe Rogan of online marketing. Thanks for this unique and excellent vid. Maybe you could do a part two to this.
What would you say is a good sales conversion rate for a low-priced sales page?
46:20 That's pure #masterkeysystem, and Mark 11,24 says exactly the same thing: the wish as an already accomplished fact. Not projecting into the future, but already standing there matter-of-factly.
Great video, btw. Very grateful to learn about a great sales page!
Whoa this one is huge, I spent a lot of time analyzing sales page and this is very thorough! Keep it up Shane 🙂
But surely the real test is which page is the most successful and what does the person want.
Single post sidebar not showing after updating thrive architect, focus blog theme, and WordPress 5.2 on my client's website.
Also not showing full main menubar (screenshot: http://prntscr.com/nn61m2) and footer (screenshot: http://prntscr.com/nn6139).
Any solution?
Thanks for video and breakdown. I have about 50 sales pages saved. Shane you present in a way that feels actionable and not overwhelming. Thanks.
Thanks so much, it's exactly what I needed. I'm currently going through Thrive Themes 'Course Craft' online course [totally awesome by the way!] I'm just starting my sales page. I was wondering if you could build blocks for each element of the sales page in the new feature of Thrive Architect? [also awesome!] Rather than doing a complete landing page in different styles – or is that risking people using the wrong order or missing vital blocks???
So now once you have did this Live stream, does that mean this template is available inside Thrive? I want to build my incoming course sales page like you guys have shown.
Awesome vid…Thank you
Nice one, thank you for these valuable insights and strategies! Now I wonder if and how you would adopt for other and more "standard" offerings than online-courses, e.g. webdesign, wedding-photography service, catering service? This question came up at the very end of the stream, when you've started to talk about low-price courses for 50 USD or even less …
Here's a great sales letter writing course: https://www.psychoprofits.com/sales-copy-writing/
I'm beyond overwhelmed by how LONG some of those sales pages are. OMG!
could u share picture / PDF file about " sales page structure/content " you show in the video ,Thanks
