This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") explains how Mint Town Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") handles information related to users of the "MakeMoneyOnline" service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by the Company.

    Date of birth, gender, phone number, email address, ID, password, nickname, information entered in the profile section of the Service, and other information specified by the Company in the Service.
  2. Additional information provided by Users during the use of certain features of the Service:
    Information listed on identification documents specified by the Company, such as a driver's license or health insurance card, including name and address.
  3. Information collected by the Company from Users' devices during use of the Service:
    ID (device ID), IP address, device location information, server access log information, cookies, information transmitted by Users through the Service (search history, text data, images, videos, posts on the Service), and information obtained from Partner Services, etc., with the consent of the User (such as the User's ID in Partner Services, etc.).

Article 3 Purpose of Use

  1. The Company will properly handle User Information within the scope of the following purposes:
    1. To review applications for registration of the Service.
    2. To provide the Service and its features.
    3. To respond to inquiries and reports related to the Service, address disputes or other issues, and perform necessary tasks.
    4. To provide information about the Company's products or services.
    5. To address violations of the Service’s terms and policies.
    6. To notify Users of changes to terms and policies.
    7. To analyze usage patterns to improve the Service or develop new services.
    8. For employment management and internal processes (for employee information) and for selection and communication during recruitment activities (for applicant information).
    9. For shareholder management and compliance with procedures under the Companies Act or other laws (for shareholders and similar stakeholders).
    10. To create or use statistical data processed into a format that cannot identify individuals or to prepare and provide research, analysis, or marketing materials within the scope that does not identify individuals.
    11. To bill and process payments for Service fees.
    12. For other purposes incidental to the above purposes.

Article 4 Anonymized Information

The Company may process User Information into anonymized information that cannot identify individual Users and use it.
