January 7, 2021 - 7:35 amI'm a bit wary of asking customers what they want to learn. That's the way to produce a very average course, because the customers don't know what they don't know. A lot of the best products in history came from entrepreneurs who took a punt on something that customers didn't even know they needed.
Of course it's easy to mess up and produce something people won't buy, but to produce anything truly exceptional that helps you stand out in a crowded space you have to go beyond what the customer thinks they need, then find an effective way to romance them into buying it.
